The Rundown
In a game much like yesterday, the Knights fought a hard battle through the first 45 minutes of play, keeping the score knotted at 0-0 at the intermission.

A big contributor, the seven first half saves by Alyssa Guthrie, two huge one-on-one opportunities that the keeper stole from the Eagles.

With a long delay in game due to injury just eight minutes into the half, it seemed the Knights had lost their composure. The Eagles found lapses in the Knights' defense, resulting in a five minute, four goal run.

Struggling to find their rhythm again, Northwest scored the final goal of the game in the 80th minute.

Not to be overlooked, the Knights keeper, Alyssa Guthrie, had herself a game with 15 saves.
