Warner Pacific University is a Christ-centered, urban, liberal arts university dedicated to providing students from diverse backgrounds an education that prepares them to engage actively in a constantly changing world. The WPU Athletics Department seeks to support this mission by providing a meaningful experience to student-athletes. 

Warner Pacific is a member of the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) and the Cascade Collegiate Conference (CCC).

Since becoming a member of the CCC, the Knights have been crowned CCC Tournament Champions five times; Men's Basketball three times, Men's Soccer twice, and one Women's Cross-Country individual CCC Champion. Warner Pacific has made an NAIA National Tournament appearance 25 times; Men's Basketball 11 (eight straight trips), Women's Basketball twice, Men's Wrestling twice, Women's Cross-Country twice and Men's Soccer four times. 36 Knights have been named NAIA All-American's.

In February of 2020, Warner Pacific threw a Softball as a member of the CCC, and for the first time in over 20 years. In February of 2025, the Knights will be playing baseball for the first time in a long time as well. Starting in the 2025-26 academic year, Warner Pacific is also adding back track & field, cross country, and men's golf. Women's golf will be on the horizon for the 2026-27 season.

The Knights currently field varsity teams in Men's and Women's Basketball, Men's and Women's Soccer, Baseball, Softball, Esports, and Women's Volleyball. Athletic and need-based financial assistance are available for qualified students through the regular college financial aid process.
