Eugene, Ore.| In their only double header day of the weekend, the Knights lost both to Bushnell University. Game one ended in a score of 11-3 and game four ended in a score of 14-4 after just eight innings of play.
Game oneÂ
In game one the Knights came out hot leading after the first inning 3-1. However, this ended the Knights scoring for the day as the Beacons put up a few big innings to take the win. At the plate Jarrod Seibel led the Knights with a hit and two RBI's. On the mound Josiah Nickel went five innings, with two strikeouts and a walk.Â
Game two
Game two was once again hard for the Knights as the Beacons held the Knights to four runs. Three of the runs came from a three run home run from Jarrod Seibel. Giovanny Alvillar also had a day at the plate adding two more hits. On the Mound, Connor Hale went five innings with six strikeouts.Â
Up next
The Knights will play their final game of four against the Beacons tomorrow at 11am. The Knights will then head home during Spring Break to play a four game set against University of British Columbia. The first two games will be on Friday the 28 at 12pm and 3pm with the second two on Saturday at 11am and 2pm.
