Born and raised in Portland, OR, Justan graduated from Reynolds High School in 1999 and graduated from Concordia University in 2003 with a degree in Business Administration. Having won multiple state titles as a youth player, Justan began his coaching career holding stints at Reynolds, Centennial, Sam Barlow, Hudson's Bay and Oregon Episcopal School. After over a decade of coaching for the Eastside Timbers Justan moved to United PDX where he is currently the Competitive Academy & Recreational Director.
Justan currently resides in Happy Valley with his Wife Katie, daughter Gracen and stepson Oliver. Outside of coaching Justan and Katie enjoy cooking, gardening and traveling the world.
