Dr. Victor Reynolds serves as the Faculty Athletics Representative (FAR) at Warner Pacific University, where he supports the academic success, personal development, and overall well-being of student-athletes while helping strengthen the connection between athletics and the university’s academic mission.
Dr. Reynolds serves as Dean of the School of Social Science & Social Work and Professor of Psychology at Warner Pacific University. An Industrial-Organizational Psychologist, educator, and experienced higher education administrator, he brings a leadership philosophy centered on integrity, accountability, student development, and service.
Prior to his work at Warner Pacific, Dr. Reynolds served as an NAIA Faculty Athletics Representative at Multnomah University from 2021 to 2024. His experience provides him with a strong understanding of the FAR's role in supporting institutional oversight, academic integrity, student-athlete eligibility, and collaboration among faculty, athletics personnel, and university leadership.
Dr. Reynolds earned his Ph.D. in Psychology from Liberty University and holds graduate degrees in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Human Resource Management, and Organizational Management, along with a bachelor's degree in Biblical Studies. His professional background also includes extensive leadership experience in human resources and organizational development.
A veteran of the United States Navy, Dr. Reynolds brings a lifelong commitment to leadership, service, discipline, and developing others. As Warner Pacific's FAR, he is committed to advocating student-athletes and helping ensure that their athletic experiences complement their academic, personal, and professional development.
