PORTLAND, Ore. - The Warner Pacific volleyball team fell in straight sets at the hands of Corban University tonight at C.C. Perry Gym.

The visiting Warriors were the more efficient team on the attack, particularly in the first two sets. Corban hit for 30 kills versus just 5 errors in winning set one 25-17 and set two 25-12.

The Knights were determined to make a better showing in set three, and trailed by just three at 18-21 late in the frame. Corban scored four of the next five points however, to secure the road win.

Corban hit for a .375 percentage for the match, compared to .063 for Warner Pacific. Rachel Warick and Emily Damschen led the Knights with five kills each. Sam Kolakowski and Caitlyn McCall each had seven digs.

Tiffany Land had a match high 15 kills to lead Corban.

WP falls to 4-16 overall and 2-12 in CCC play. Corban improves to 9-8 and 7-8.
