Scoring Drought Resumes for Knight Men in K-Falls

KLAMATH FALLS, Ore.  – The Warner Pacific men were shutout for the fourth time in five games, this time 3-0 at Oregon Tech on Friday afternoon.

The stats for the game once again seem to indicate a close game as OIT outshot WP just 14-13, and the Knights held a 4-3 advantage in corner kicks. The result instead was a lopsided scoreline for the host Owls as Lodewijc Blomezad, Kelly Kylo, and Luis Valdez all found the net.

"Our lack of danger in the final third is a problem for us right now," said coach Troy Ready. "We can look really good in possession and we are organized defensively, but we concede a goal and the game changes. The guys are working hard and they know we are so close to breaking through."
