HELENA, Mont. - With men's soccer in the Cascade Conference more competitive than ever, every win is precious. The Knight men earned one of those wins on the road, 2-0, at Carroll College on Saturday afternoon.

Statistically the contest favored the host Saints, who ended with 16 shots compared to 10 for WP and earned 9 corner kicks to 4 for the Knights. It was Warner Pacific the found the scoring touch however, both in the second half.

Octavio Hermosillo converted a penalty kick for his 4th goal of the season in the 51st minute. With Carroll pressed forward in search of an equalizing goal, Cesar Contreras finished off a solo counter-attack in the 87th minute to seal the victory.
