Portland, Ore. | Warner Pacific hosted Walla Walla in a late-night Saturday game at CC Perry Gymnasium. The Knights were able to grab another win on the season with a quick 3-0 victory over the Wolves. The match lasted 65 minutes.

The first set started out even, both teams exchanging a couple of points. The Wolves led the Knights at one point, 10-8, but the Knights were able to pull away and go on a 4-0 run to take and maintain the lead. The first set ended 25-18.

The Knights opened the second set with 5 straight points, taking a 5-1 lead. After an exchange of a few serving errors, the Knights were able to seal the victory 25-17.

The third and final set was pretty much managed by WPU, who only kept Wolves to 12 points, going on multiple 5-0 runs and forcing a few time outs before finalizing the match with a 25-12 set.

The Knights hit for .247 on the night, whereas the Wolves hit for -.013.

Warner Pacific was led by
Grace Buchanan with eight kills on the offensive side, followed by
Haley Yoder's seven.

On the defensive side of the net,
Rylee Sneath was solid and tallied 14 digs for the Knights.

WPU will hit the road for a pair of matches against Corban and Northwest Christian next weekend. The matches are set for 7 & 5PM.
