PORTLAND | Warner Pacific Men's Soccer keeps their winning streak alive, extending it to three with a 1-0 win over Southern Oregon on Sunday. The Knights move to 8-1 (4-1 CCC).

The Rundown
Through the first thirty minutes of play, the Knights and the Raiders were on the attack, pressuring one another's defense. Southern Oregon took five shots while Warner Pacific took four.

st minute, Arutro Bahena made a run towards the goal drawing a foul, giving Warner Pacific an opportunity for a Penalty Kick.
David Uribe stepped to ball and sent it right past the keeper for what would be the game winning goal.

After the Warner Pacific goal, it was clear the game was bound to get physical. Between the 31
st minute and the 33
rd minute, each team was cautioned two yellow cards. SOU eventually got carded twice more in the second half.

The second half was just as aggressive of the first; with each team pressing towards the goal, forcing the keepers to come up big. Ultimately, Warner Pacific's defense managed to get the job done and keep the Raiders off the goal line to close out the 1-0 victory.

In the aggressive match it was, six yellow cards were given between the two teams and 32 fouls in total. Warner Pacific with 14 and Southern Oregon with 18.
