Box Score Portland, Ore. | The Knights headed down to Salem this morning to battle the Corban Warriors this Sunday afternoon. Despite the offensive struggles this season for the Knights, they were able to find the back of net once even though they came up short 1-3.

The Warriors' offense came out aggressive early and often, as three different players for Corban fired off shots within the first five minutes. One of those shots saved by Knights' goalie
Alyssa Guthrie. The Knights' defensive stance in the first half was solid for the most part, despite Corban's first goal at around the 27-minute mark.

In the second half of play, the Warriors came out striking again, converting their second goal just under the 52-minute mark. The intensity of the game play started to pick up not too much longer after that. Within a 15-minute window of play, 3 different players for the Knight's received a 4 yellow cards before Corban were able to score again at the 78-minute mark to extend the lead 0-3. Corban was hit with a red card not too long before Knights'
Courtney Cutter was able to find the back of the net with about 12 minutes left of play. Corban went on to win the contest 1-3.
