PORTLAND | Warner Pacific hosted NCAA Division II Humboldt State in their last home game of the 2020-21 season. The Knights came out of the exhibition contest with an 95-91 victory over the Lumberjacks.
Darius Traylor scored 15 points and grabbed eight rebounds, shooting a perfect 100-percent from the field and charity stripe.

The Rundown
Six Knights scored in double digits in the four point victory.
Javon Peterson led the team with 17 points and eight assists coming off the bench. Following closely behind were
Kadeem Strickland (4-6 3FG) and
Miles Brown with 16 points apiece. Traylor contributed 15 and eight while
Isaac Etter and
Drew Magaoay each finished with 11.
Warner Pac held the lead over the Lumberjacks from the ten-minute mark in the first half to the final buzzer. Overcoming what began as a 10-2 deficit, the Knights shot 53.4% from the floor while missing just three of their 26 free throws.
After the first twenty minutes of play, the Knights headed into the locker room with a 16 point lead.
With a strong offensive second half, Humboldt outscored Warner Pacific 54-42 and managed to close in on the double-digit lead. With an 11-0 Lumberjack run, a once 16-point Knights lead had been cut down to one with just over two minutes remaining.
The Knights scored eight points in the final 90-seconds of play to seal the four point victory.
The Lumberjacks hammered the Knights on the glass; the team grabbed 44 rebounds to Warner Pac's 28.
Humboldt's Bryce Mitchell led all scorers with 28-points, shooting 5-9 from beyond the arch with his team finishing the game 43.2% from the floor.
