Knights Hit Triple Digits for First Time this Season in Win Over Evergreen

OLYMPIA, Wash.| The Knights had a strong offensive showing, scoring over 100 for the first time this season in their win over Evergreen on Saturday.

Following a narrow win on Friday, the Knights (11-5, 8-3) poured on the offense in their matchup against Evergreen (1-13, 1-10).

The game was all Warner Pacific from the opening tip as the Knights led for virtually the entire game. Isaac Etter led the scoring in the first half for the Knights, tallying 19 points and going 8-10 from the field.

Warner's lead ballooned to as much as 20 in the opening half and the Knights went into halftime up by 13 over Evergreen.

The second half saw more of the same high powered offense for the Knights. Warner's lead continued to grow as reserves came in late in the game. The Knights steady production prevented any comeback efforts. Warner came away with the win by a score of 101-80.

The 101 points recorded by the Knights is a season high for the team. The Knights were led offensively by Isaac Etter with 25 points. Dakota Reber recorded another double double, scoring 20 points and grabbing 13 rebounds. Cade Baker provided a boost off the bench, scoring 15 points in his 9 minutes of action.

The win puts the Knights at 11-5 on the season. Men's basketball is in action again on Jan. 17 when they travel to take on Multnomah.
