Men's soccer hangs on to a win against the Oregon Tech Owl's winning 2-1. The Knights scored two goals in the first half and were able to keep the Owl's from making a comeback.
Tonight's first goal was scored by junior, Pedro Calderon, in the 29th minute on a beautiful penalty kick. The second goal was scored by junior, Musa Jatta, who was assisted by Calderon in the 41st minute. Senior keeper, Josepher Juarez-Cruz, put on a show as he made three game saving saves to keep the Knights in the lead.
The Knights play again in Ashland, Oregon against Southern Oregon University at 1:30pm on Sunday. The Men's team will then return home to take on University of Providence at Eastside Timbers Sports Complex on Friday, September 27th at 2:30pm.
