Knights Draw Against Southern Oregon

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE – October 31st, 2025
 
Portland, Ore.| Warner Pacific Men's Soccer came back home and played against Southern Oregon University and in a back-and-forth match, the game ended in a 0-0 draw.

A strong defensive game and solid goalkeeping defined today's game. Both teams had five shots, but neither side could find the back of the net in a tight game, and neither side would have many chances to score.

Southern Oregon goalkeeper Casey Ruvolo had five saves. Warner Pacific keeper Owen Purvis finished with three saves of his own to keep the score at zero.
With today's game ending in a tie, Southern Oregon moves to 4-4-2 in conference play while Warner Pacific improves to 6-3-1, The Knights extend its unbeaten streak to five matches as both teams head into the final weekend of the regular season.

Next Up
The Knights have their final game of the season this Sunday at 1pm. Their last game will be at home at the Eastside Timbers Sports Complex against Oregon Tech. For the playoffs, the Knights still wait and prepare for the conference tournament, which begins November 8th in Medford, Oregon.
