Portland, OR.| The Warner Pacific Women's Soccer team hosted Eastern Oregon University Women's soccer this afternoon and took the loss with the final score being 2-0.
On a low offensive day for the Knights, they were able to keep this game close, playing great defense allowing both goals for the Mountaineers on corner kicks. EOU was able to pepper the Knights goalkeeper, Kate Pomerinke with 12 shots on goal. Holly Dorhauer, with the assist by Macy Reed found the net first in the 21st minute. With the assist early in the game, Macy Reed decided to join in on the action in the 36th minute scoring a goal of her own. The Knights on offense had a tough time getting shots on Eastern's defense with only 3 shots on goal.
Looking strong for the Knights was their Keeper, Kate Pomerinke, who had 9 saves this afternoon which kept the game in striking distance the whole way, giving the offense a chance to make a game of it.

With a quick turnaround, the Warner Pacific Women's Soccer team hosts The College of Idaho as they hope to get back in the win column. The game is taking place at the Eastside Timbers Sports Complex, with kickoff scheduled to be at 10:30am this Sunday.
