Caldwell, Idaho.| Warner Pacific Men's Basketball played a very impressive College of Idaho team and fell by a final score of 92-61.
The Knights were overpowered by a stout offensive attack tonight from the Yotes led by Dougie Peoples who finished with 29 points, going 8-15 from the field, including hitting five huge threes in just ten attempts. Tucker Tiddens added 12 points off the bench rounding out the Yotes in double-figures. The Yotes were very consistent, scoring 46 points in each half.
The Knights were led by
Tyson Parker who while playing in just his second game scored 24 points in 23 minutes' worth of work. Parker also added four rebounds, three assists, and a steal to the stat sheet.
Nico Perez-La Costa also had one of his best games as a Knight scoring 14 points off the bench in 21 minutes played.
Jurrien Sparks had a near double-double scoring seven points and grabbing eight rebounds.
Next Up
The Knights will have a quick turnaround playing tomorrow in La Grande, Oregon against Eastern Oregon. The game will be following the women's contest with tip set for 5pm.
