Ava Hernandez Signs With the WarnerPac

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE – February 10th, 2026
 
Portland, Ore.| Warner Pacific Softball Program is proud to announce the signing of incoming sophomore Ava Hernandez to the 2026 roster.
 
"Ava will be coming in with the experience and skills to help our pitching staff tremendously next season," head coach Ashton Porter said. "She has been playing against some of the best teams in the NWAC getting ready to put her work in for us. We are excited to see a local kid finishing their softball career with the Pac."
 
Hernandez is from Tigard, Oregon and attended Tigard High School until completion in the spring of 2024. While in high school, Hernandez played softball all four years. After high school, Hernandez took her talents to Centralia Community College for her first two seasons. Hernandez will come to Warner Pacific with sophomore eligibility and plans on continuing her education in psychology.
 
A fun fact about Hernandez is that she loves to travel with friends.
