I was welcomed to the coaching staff in 2021 as an assistant coach for the WPU softball team. In 2022 I stepped up as interim head coach for the 2022/2023 season. I am now going into my first official year as head coach!Â
Prior to coaching at WPU I completed four years of school and softball at Corban University. While at Corban I was a part of the NAIA National Championship Runner up team in 2017. I graduated with a degree in Elementary Education and minor in Biblical Studies. After Corban, I completed my Masters Degree in Human Services while taking a 5th year of softball. This WPU softball team made it to the conference tournament in their first complete year, and ended up 4th in the CCC standings.Â
I am still heavily involved in the competitive softball world, as I am the head coach of Oregon Thunder 18 Gold who had a 2nd place state finish in 2023.
Aside from coaching I enjoy paddle boarding, camping, teaching and gardening!
