FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE – April 13
th, 2026
Portland, Ore.| Warner Pacific Men's Golf played their first and second round of the Tournament of Knights at Glendoveer Golf Course today and overall had a very positive day even though their finishing position was fifth out of nine.
The Knights in the first round didn't have their best round but better things were to come in round two.
Alden Fay and
Orlando Chiquiti led the way for the Knights to finish the first round even.
Drew Satterhwaite finished a respectable two over par with
Micah Chadwick finishing at five over par.
The second round was a much different story for the Knights with
Alden Fay playing an incredible game of golf finishing two under par. Fay was five under par with just a few holes to go and unfortunately struggled down the stretch however, he still was able to cap off an unbelievable round finishing tied for third overall in the round.
Jack Dalberg had quit the day. Dalberg finished the first round in a rough way at eight over par but showed huge mental fortitude in the second round bouncing back to finish one under par. The Knights at one point midway through the second round took the overall tournament team lead over 15
th ranked University of British Columbia. The Knights in the later holes unfortunately felt the exhaustion of the long day and lost some strokes while the Thunderbirds finished very strong winning the day. The Knights fell from first to fifth.
