Portland, Ore.| The Warner Pacific Knights men's soccer program is excited to announce the addition of junior transfer Sebastian Magana for the upcoming season.

A native of Sunnyside, Washington, Magana joins the Knights after an outstanding high school career and two successful seasons at Columbia Basin College. His defensive presence, leadership, and winning mentality make him an exciting addition to the Warner Pacific men's soccer program.

Magana attended Sunnyside High School, where he established himself as one of the top defenders in the region. During his prep career, he earned First Team All-League honors twice and was recognized as the league's Defender of the Year. His ability to organize the back line, win challenges, and consistently shut down opposing attacks helped him stand out as one of the area's premier defensive players.

Following graduation, Magana continued his soccer career at Columbia Basin College, where he spent the past two years developing his game against strong collegiate competition. The experience he gained at Columbia Basin has prepared him for the next step in his career as he joins the Knights for his junior season.

Head Coach Troy Ready is excited to add another experienced defender to the Warner Pacific roster.

"Sebastian is a highly experienced collegiate defender who has already proven himself and is hungry to enter into the CCC Conference," Ready said. "His experience, 1 v. 1 abilities and grit are a fantastic addition to our exceptional group of defenders."

At Warner Pacific, Magana is expected to play center back, where his physicality, defensive instincts, and leadership will strengthen the Knights' back line. His collegiate experience and proven success as a defender will provide valuable depth and stability to the roster.
