Holly Rodriguez has been on the Warner Pac sideline alongside Norquist since 2017. Prior to her time at WPU, Rodriguez coached high school and club volleyball for fourteen years.

In her time at the high school level Rodriguez coach multiple state tournament teams at Heritage HS before moving over to Hockinson HS, where her team finished 1st in overall Academics. She finished her high school career as the Union HS JV coach.
Rodriguez played two years of volleyball at Skagit Valley Community College.Â

Holly and her husband Martin live in Vancouver, Washington and have two children; DeMitre and Catya.Â
Fun Fact: one of her years coach Club Volleyball, she coached the World’s Tallest Twin Sisters.
