PORTLAND, Ore. – Oregon Tech moved closer to securing a home playoff game with a 64-58 road victory over Warner Pacific tonight at Bart Valentine Court.
OIT moves to 9-5 in CCC play and holds a firm grip on 4th place. The Knights fell to 6-7 in the CCC standings.
A sizable free throw discrepancy in favor of the visiting Owls was the difference, as OIT made 25 of 35 attempts while WPU converted just 11 of 16.
Mikaela Schumaker scored a career high 20 points, and grabbed a game high 10 rebounds to lead Oregon Tech.
Bailey Allen led the host Knights with 11 points.
