Klamath Falls, Ore. | Despite putting up a season-best hitting percentage in Klamath Falls, Warner Pacific fell to the Owls of Oregon Tech in a 25-21,16-25, 25-27, 25-20 and 13-15, 5-set match on Friday night.

The Knights (1-6 overall) came out with vengeance after an opening weekend sweep and were able to make a statement, forcing The Owls (9-4 overall) to the deciding set.

The Knights added two new players to the line-up: Senior transfer
Gennah Schoen and Junior transfer
Grace Buchanan and the Warner Pacific hitting was the best we've seen thus far. Senior
Haley Yoder led the Pac with 14 kills, following closely behind was Buchanan with 12 and MB
Lauren Jones right behind her with 11. Together, the three combined for 37 of the teams 58 kills on the night.

Matalasi Laban led both teams in assists with a season-high 47.
