Ashland, Ore. | The Warner Pacific University Knights ended the regular season on Saturday with a loss to the Southern Oregon University Raiders 83-98. The Knights will head into the Quarterfinals of the tournament with a 14-15 overall record, and 9-11 in conference.

Jalen Ballard was able to hit a 3 as time expired to cut the SOU lead to 2 heading into the break.

As the second-half kicked off, the Knights exchanged buckets with the Raiders, resulting in the taking of the lead with 16:40 left in the ball game only to give it right back. SOU led from that point on, continuing the grow the lead to as much as 15.

To close out the contest, SOU outscored the Knights 12-5 in the last three minutes.

The Knights forced 12 Raiders turnovers and outscored them 32-22 in points in the paint.

Jalen Ballard followed behind Bosco in scoring with 16, while dishing out six assists and snagging six boards.

The Knights will await their playoff fate for the announcement to come Sunday as to who they will play on Wednesday night in the first round of the CCC tourney.
