Portland, Ore. | The Warner Pacific Knights looked much more like themselves on Day Two of a four-game series against the Eagles of Northwest University. Warner Pac closed out the series with two dominant performances on Saturday morning moving them to 10-3 overall and 2-1 in conference.

In game one, the Knights defeated the Eagles 5-0 with the help of a
Rebekah Roe home run and two monster single 2 RBI hits by
Emma Foster, and the Knights were able to hold the Eagles off for the remaining 3.5 innings to move to 2-1 in the CCC.

The sun decided to come out to play in game two, along with the Knights' offense. Game two started out even hotter than the first; in the bottom of the first inning, junior transfer out of Corban smacked a ball nearly 245 feet out for her first home run of the season, bringing in two additional runners.

The following inning, Knights pitcher
Melia Croydon sent one far beyond the boundary brining in yet another additional runner. At the end of two, Warner Pac led 5-1.

The hitting frenzy continued in the third inning resulting in seven runs on six hits.
Emma Foster continued her RBI streak alongside
Makenzie Kimura.

Foster finished the day with 5 RBI's while
Grace Utto-Galarneau finished with three.

Grace Utto-Galarneau hit homers on the day.

Sophomore
Marissa Bradshaw came in to close out the game on the mound in the fifth inning. Bradshaw faced four batters, striking two out.

After an encouraging second day of conference play, the Knights will head north to Helena, MT looking to continue the strong batting performance against Carroll College on Friday afternoon with a 1 & 3pm.
