The Knights came to play tonight, despite dealing with lack of bodies, Warner Pacific proved that they can compete short-handed.

Tonight, it was a battle of the point guards. Isaac Etter continues to show out for the Knights as he went head-to-head with Beacon's guard, Ernest Ugoagu, who finished with 29 points.

Throughout the first half, the score was neck and neck, either team seemed to be able to stop the other. With about 90 seconds left to play in the first half, Bushnell's Nico Wolff came up with back-to-back steals, sparking a 10-0 run for the Beacons, leading them into the locker room up eight on the Knights.

In the second half the Knights were able to pick up the pace a little bit. Christian Hodge logged 23 huge minutes for the Knights off of the bench as he came in and had a double-double. Miles Brown continues his exceptional three-point shooting for a power forward, as he finished with 19 points, 2-4 from downtown.

Although the second half was a hard-fought battle, the Knights were never able to cut the lead to under six points as the Beacons run away with the first one.
