PORTLAND | After leading 1-0 at halftime and 3-0 in the second half, the Warner Pacific University Men's Soccer team (7-1, 4-0) almost let things slip out of control at the Eastside Timbers Sports Complex. The visiting Carroll College Saints (2-4, 2-2) came soaring back to keep this contest within reach, but just not enough time left on the clock to complete the comeback, as the Knights win this game 4-3 and stay perfect in conference play.
The lone goal of the first half came from Knights' senior defender
Miguel Andalon-Ordaz, who just squeezed one between the legs of Saints' goalkeeper Kaden Connor from 30 yards out on a cross from senior midfielder
Alex Nana to break the tie.
Tonight's second half featured six goals in total, three from each team, starting with Knights' senior forward
Arturo Bahena scoring unassisted for his 9
