Dakota Reber earned his third double double of the season to help the Knights get a 71-56 victory over Lewis-Clark State on Friday.
The Knights (8-5, 5-3) got back on track on Friday when they hosted the Warriors (6-8, 3-5).
Warner Pacific got out to a fast start, leading for the majority of the first half. The Knights held as much as a 10 point lead over the Warriors in the opening half.
The lead wouldn't last, however, as Lewis-Clark State went on a 10-0 run to tie up the game at halftime.
Warner Pacific had a strong offensive performance to close out the game.
Thomas Miles scored 16 of his 18 points in the second half and Caleb Tyree-Morgan scored 12 of his 15 total points in the second half.
Warner's defense held strong as the offense took over in the second half. The team effort helped the Knights secure the 71-56 win.
While
Thomas Miles led the Knights with 18 points, the Knights had multiple scoring options, with four players putting up at least 10 points.
One of those players was
Dakota Reber, who recorded his third double double of the season, scoring 13 points and grabbing 14 rebounds.
The win puts the Knights at 8-5 on the season. Men's basketball is back in action on Jan. 7 when they take on Walla Walla.
