Multnomah Scores Late to Defeat the Knights

Men's soccer faced a heartbreaking loss against Multnomah today. The match was tied going into the final minutes of play until the lions scored in the 88th minute. The Knights tried to fight back in the final 95 seconds but it wasn't enough as they fell short 3-2.

The first goal for the Knights was knocked in by Jose Robles which was his first of the season. He was assisted by Bryan Sanguino. The second, scored in the 52nd minute was by Pedro (Bodo) Calderon on a penalty kick. This goal marked his fifth goal of the season. The Knights, despite losing still played a great match and even put up a season record amount of shots on goal with 16 in one match.

The Knights will take the week off and play against Bushnell University on Friday, October 18th. The match will be at 2:30pm. They will then take on Corban University on Saturday, October 19th for their Senior Day and last home game of the season.
