Knights Sweep the Weekend With Huge Result Against the Eagles

Men's soccer put on a scoring showcase against Northwest University for their homecoming game. The final score was 4-1 and the Knights never saw a point where they were down during the match.

The first goal was unassisted and scored by Junior Pedro (Bodo) Calderon giving him his 7th for the season. The second goal scored during the 38th minute was also unassisted by Senior Bryce McCole. The Knights took a little while to score in the second half but when they did, it came from the foot of Senior Chanin Orlandin, his fifth of the season. The goal was assisted by Sophomore Damian Palominos. The final goal and the nail in the coffin came once again from Pedro (Bodo) Calderon in the 80th minute. Finally, Keeper Noe Rodriguez kept the goal locked down this afternoon, logging 3 saves and only one goal.

The Knights will play their rivals, the Multnomah Lions, on Friday October 11th. That match will take place at 2:30 PM at Eastside TImbers Sports Complex.
