Forest Grove, Ore.|Â Volleyball lost a hard fought match against local NCAA DIII, Pacific University. The Knights were swept in three sets losing 14-25, 22-25, and 22-25. The team played a clean match as they had 56 digs, 22 assists, 24 kills, and only 14 errors on the night.
Sophomore,
Brooklyn Starley, stepped into a big role tonight as setter and played well leading the team in assists with 16 and even worked in two service aces. Sophomore,
Autumn Gaboury-Parker, and Sophomore,
Maryann Tulele, brought the boom as they both had six kills which counted for half of the Knights total in that category.
The Knights will continue their journey on the road as they take on Eastern Oregon University in La Grande, Oregon. The match will take place at 6pm in Quinn Coliseum on Friday the 27th. Afterwards, the Knights will travel to Caldwell, Idaho where they will take on The College of Idaho Yotes on Saturday the 28th at 6pm.Â
