Portland, Ore.|Â The Knights men's basketball team took a tough loss against a solid Southern Oregon team with a final score of 83-51.Â
The first half of the game was the Knights better half as they scored 26 points while only allowing 37. The second half was their kryptonite, as they gave up 46 points to the Raiders.Â
Individually the Raiders played a strong defensive game which held the Knights from big scoring pushes. Junior
Mason Savery had his season high in points while leading the Knights with nine.Â
Shooting was the Knights downfall during the game as they shot 26% from the field, and 13% from beyond the arc. However from the charity stripe, the Knights stayed consistent making 15 of their 18 attempts. The Knights were able to create 14 points off turnovers and nine second chance points but these were not enough to keep the Raiders at bay. One positive from the game was the Knights bench as they had half the Knights points with 27.Â
