Portland, Ore.| The Warner Pacific Men's Basketball team in their last game before the break hosted Lewis-Clark State College and would lose 82-57.
Peyton Nordland led the way for LC State with 17 points on 7-9 shooting, while Grayson Hunt had 12 points followed by Brandon Suber who finished with 11 points. The Warriors shot 56.7% from the field in the first half and continued their great shooting into the second half which allowed them to push for the win against the Knights.
Warner Pacific showed fight led by
Jurrien Sparks who poured in a team-high 18 points and connected on four threes. The Knights struggled to find consistent offense beyond him.
Nzube Mekkam added 10 points, and
Josh Lincoln added seven points to go along with his eight rebounds.
Next Up
The Knights will have a nice break for Christmas and will come straight back to conference play as they head west to Idaho to face The College of Idaho on January 2nd.
