Portland, Ore.| The Warner Pacific Knights Volleyball squad had their second conference game of the season and lost in three sets to Oregon Tech on Bart Valentine Court in CC Perry Gymnasium.
The three set scores were 25-12, 25-20, and 25-14 with the Knights being on the wrong end of another three-set sweep which is their third in a row and fifth overall in seven games. The Knights were led by
Tayah-Anne Toa in kills with eight followed by
Nicole Nikiforets and
Naomi Johnson who both finished with three apiece. Nikiforets had a great night at the net with three blocks which was a game high for both teams. Toa and
Blake Barbee each had a block as well.
Audrey Histed led the way for the Knights in assists with eight followed by
Pa'oakalani Payne-Kaeo who had seven of her own.
Next Up
The Knights will look to break their 0-7 record next week at home when they take on Northwest University, who have had a great start to the season with a record of 8-4. The game will be on Thursday September 25
th with first serve being at 6pm.
