Olympia, Wash.| The Warner Pacific Men's Basketball team finished their Washington trip this evening and took a tough loss against Evergreen State College men's basketball final score 93-75.
Despite the Knights struggle today, Tyson Parker shone bright tonight with a 24 point and 10 rebound double-double. Parker added in five assists as well. Parker knocked down three three's and went a perfect 5-for-5 from the free-throw line. Nzube Mekkam came hot off the bench, scoring 12 points on an efficient 4-for-5 shooting, while Jurrien Sparks added 11 points and 8 rebounds. Despite solid shooting, Warner Pacific struggled with ball control turning the ball over 27 times.
Evergreen had excellent shooting all night being led by Tony Frohlich-Fair who had 29 points. Zach Jefferson shot 17 points, while Jacob Laff was deadly from deep hitting five three-pointers for 18 points off the bench. Evergreen also forced 16 steals and moved the ball around with 19 assists dominating on their home court tonight.

The Knights come back home after this tough road trip and will regroup for Thursday as they take on Southern Oregon University at the CC Perry Gymnasium with tipoff at 7:30pm.
