Klamath Falls, Ore.| The Warner Pacific Women's Basketball team headed down to play against Oregon Tech and struggled with a 98-48 loss.
The Knights had a tough night against the Owls shooting below 35% from the field and were limited to just nine first-half made baskets which made it difficult to get any momentum to possibly build a comeback. Shielteal Watah had a solid 17 points, while Riley Layton and Alex Saunders both added six of their own. The Knights could not generate enough scoring for a comeback.
Oregon Institute of Technology controlled the game from the tip. The Owls shot for 55% from the field, led by Avery Andrews and Tatum Schmerbach with 17 points each. With strong team play and grabbing 46 rebounds, the Owls took this win all the way.
