WPU stayed within striking distance throughout the frame, but the Warriors were able to hold off the Knights' push and take a competitive second set, 25-21.
The Knights continued to battle in the third, looking to extend the match. Warner Pacific stayed aggressive from the service line, receiving aces from Burrows, Rapoza and Allison Dorigo. Despite the result, the Knights continued to show promising stretches on both sides of the ball, particularly during a tightly contested second set. Warner Pacific will look to build on those moments as it continues through Cascade Collegiate Conference play.
