Portland, Ore.| The Warner Pacific University men's basketball program has announced the addition of true freshman recruit Luke Eischen for the upcoming season. Eischen joins the Knights from Cornelius, Oregon after an accomplished basketball journey.

Eischen attended Baker Early College, where he played basketball throughout all four years of high school. During his prep career, he earned honorable mention recognition for his performances on the court and developed into a hardworking, team-oriented player.

Although he enters Warner Pacific with freshman eligibility, Eischen already has a few years of college experience after attending Portland Community College. That experience is expected to provide maturity and perspective as he transitions into the Knights basketball program.

At Warner Pacific, Eischen plans to study business while continuing his athletic career at the collegiate level. His dedication both in the classroom and on the court reflects the type of student-athlete the Knights continue to recruit and develop.

Away from basketball, Eischen has an interesting background rooted in family and hard work. He is a farmer and comes from a large family with six siblings, experiences that have helped shape his strong work ethic and grounded personality.

The Knights are excited to welcome Eischen to campus and look forward to the energy, leadership, and experience he will bring to the Warner Pacific University Men's Basketball program.
